Snow Moose

When I came upon this area of willow my hand was reaching for my camera before I'd even had chance to look around. This just felt perfect for moose, and since I'd seen them here before, and came here looking for them, I wanted to be ready.

Sure enough, two beautiful specimens sitting against the trees, getting some scant shelter from the 21 degree weather of snow and biting winds.
