3 2008-10-31 23:19:44 UTC Golden-mantled ground squirrels can be found in woodlands, rocky hills and mountains and fields near the edge of forests.  They live throughout Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Nevada and parts of California, Montana, Arizona and New Mexico.
